How privileged am I to have been part of this amazing event?

I managed to sneak away from my stand today to watch the big names for the show jumping.

It’s been a brilliant few days at my first Scone Palace International Horse Trials.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by Crafted Collars over the four days. Whether for a chat, a browse, a purchase, or for an opportunity for your four legged friend to take a nap, it has been a pleasure. Photos to follow 🐾🐶

Day 3. It’s a beautiful day for the cross country.

It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for - Saturday at Scone Palace International Horse Trials has arrived and with it comes international jumping action aplenty ⭐

Cross-country gets underway at 9am, beginning with the Brooks Macdonald CCI2*-L, and showjumping starts in the King’s Arena at 9am with the Malcolm Group CCI4*-S - expect to see top combinations throughout the day in both phases!

Alongside today’s eventing, we have British Showjumping going on in the Lynedoch Arena and the Scone Palace Grand Prix in the King’s Arena this afternoon, as well as Arena Eventing in the Balvaird Arena.

🐾 Scone Palace International Horse Trials – Day One! 🐾

I’m all set up and ready for an exciting few days at Scone Palace International Horse Trials!

You’ll find Crafted Collars on Avenue E, running perpendicular to the Murray Arena.

There’s plenty of stock to browse, including some of my new Harris Tweeds, plus lots of collars for dogs of all shapes and sizes. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, everything can be made to order in the size and spec you need.

If you’re visiting today, come along and say hello. I’d love to see you (and your dogs, of course!)🐾

It's almost here!

I'm delighted to be heading to Scone Palace International Horse Trials.

It's been a little crazy behind the scenes at Crafted Collars HQ over the past few weeks, working around the clock to build up enough stock for four busy days.

I'll have a wide selection of handmade collars with me, including some of my new Harris Tweeds®, martingale collars, tartans and plenty of other favourites.

Here's hoping for a brilliant four days and some kind weather!

Today Crafted Collars are attending the Biggar Rally. After a damp start, the rain has eased, the show ground is full of a huge variety of spectacular vintage vehicles. Gates are open and it’s shaping up to be a busy day.

Tomorrow is the 51st Biggar Vintage Rally!

The gates open to the public at 10am at Biggar Showfield, Edinburgh Road, Biggar, ML12 6AY.

Entry is £15 for adults, £10 concessions and children are free. Programmes are free and we also have free car parking.

We have a post-covid record number of entrants with over 800 vintage and classic vehicles plus over 80 autojumble and trade stands.

What a cracking day I had yesterday at Doghailes at Newhailes House & Gardens NTS! 🐾

The weather was kinder than forecast, there was a great turnout, and the whole event was well organised.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Crafted Collars for a chat, a browse or to make a purchase. It was lovely to meet so many wonderful people and, of course, their very gorgeous dogs.

I’m proud to share that Crafted Collars has been featured in the ‘Made in Scotland’ section of the August edition of Scottish Field magazine.

Running a small business comes with its fair share of challenges, so moments like this are incredibly special.

Crafted Collars began with a simple idea; to make beautiful, durable dog collars and accessories by hand. Every product is still designed and made by me here in Scotland.
