I have loved animal since a small child when I magically turned up at home with lost dogs (my Neighbours) on a regular basis and tried to persuade my poor parents to keep them. Then there was also the blissfully quiet week for my parents when I would not speak to them as they would not buy me a horse( despite the fact we lived in a first floor flat) it seemed reasonable at the time. Dreams do come

true and I have run my own Dog Grooming Salon and Licenced Boarding Cattery in Banff and I was also employed as the main groomer at a large Vets Practice. In Banffshire I was on the committee of a Dog Charity for many years and used to volunteer to pamper the dogs so they looked their best to help then get rehomed quicker. I have gained experience of nervous and boisterous dogs and believe all should be treated with respect in a calm and safe environment using only the finest professional natural products. My salon in Biggar is purposed built so no cages are used and all pets are individually hand dried, no drying cabinets are used to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times. I believe puppies and kittens should be introduced to grooming gradually so they learn that grooming is a pleasurable experience, a time for individual care and attention, so I have Puppy Pampering Sessions.
