Anyone who’s up in the NE of England I’ve heard that the dog friendly cafe in Watergate park is low on footfall and wondered if anyone is around there with their furry friends if they could just pop in for a coffee or cake. They close on Friday and reopen in January. I hate seeing lovely dog friendly businesses struggle.

Watergate Cafe is a social enterprise, set up with the community at its heart. On the edge of Watergate Park Lobley Hill, through the small car park next to Emmanuel College
