Tested out a new bake yesterday : Honey Oat Sourdough Sub Buns 🥖🍯

Our daughter—our resident sandwich connoisseur—put in a special request for a homemade version of Subway’s honey oat sub buns. Challenge accepted! 💪✨

These are naturally leavened, slightly sweeter with honey and nice oat crunch. They passed the test! Should we offer them as part of our regular menu??
