Generous electrician and cat appreciators Sean Hunchak and his fantastic apprentice Katrina Koroluk donated their valuable time to install a dryer vent for S**T, so that we can do all the laundry required to help all the cats flowing through the office! We very much appreciate the support we receive from community members like them. ❤️

Meet Rusty 🐈🧡

My name is Rusty, though my foster family calls me Sweet‑Baby‑Rusty‑Roo—which makes sense, because that’s exactly what I am, just a sweet-lil-baby!

I was found wandering on my own near a small town and was kept safe until I could land in a foster home where I’m now waiting patiently for my forever people.

I’m incredibly cuddly and love reaching out my paws to try and give my people hugs. And although my purr is nice and loud, I’m very polite and only meow softly now and then.

If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, playful kitten to join your home send S**T a message!! I'm not picky - I would be happy with a house full of kids and a feline friend or two or a single warm lap to cuddle on where I would get all the attention! Can't wait to meet you!

Tabby Tuesday 🐾

We have so many sweet tabby cats available for adoption we thought we would give them there own day to shine!

Today’s Tabby Tuesday feature Quiggley:

Quiggley was one of 3 kittens left at a retail pet store. They were orphaned at birth, very cold and malnourished. After some treatment at the WCVM, they went home to a bottle baby fosters and a lovely warm incubator. After a week or so of a good environment and good nutrition, they started to thrive.

Quiggley is a very lively, confident kitten, who took over the mothering role with her siblings, she is perhaps a wee bit bossy. She is also very cuddly and loves to curl up, purr and make biscuits. She really does need an active playmate, she's very busy.
