Versa has been on quite the journey! She came to us at just 3.5 weeks old, barely bigger than a newborn kitten. Sadly, we lost her sister, Vice, a few weeks later due to congenital heart defects, and we spent many of Versa’s early weeks worrying as she struggled to gain weight. But this little fighter pulled through!

Now, she’s chaos, charisma, and cuteness personified. She loves snuggling up and snoozing on her person, but she’s still working on learning that biting doesn’t count as play (singleton kittens, iykyk).

And the best news of all? Versa is getting close to being ready to find her forever family!

You can apply to adopt her today: https://streetcat.ca/adoption-screening-form

Elwood is the last of his litter to wait for his forever home! He’s a quiet boy who is equal parts quiet, independent and tornado. He’s a sensitive soul who enjoyed sleeping by himself while the siblings tore up their foster room. On the flip side, he can also be the instigator in a teeny wrestling match. He is around 10 weeks old and would LOVE a feline friend in his new home. Apply to meet him in his foster home! streetcat.ca/elwood

Tabby Tuesday 🐱🐾

We have so many sweet tabby cats available for adoption we thought we would give them there own day to shine!

Today’s Tabby Tuesday feature is Quest:

Quest is 7 months old and still a little work in progress. She and her two siblings were born in PA to a kind lady that contacted S**T. She has lovely eyes that draw you in and her longer tabby hair is so soft with a fluffy tail! She can be enticed with a meat tube treat.

Quest is still a nervous girl but has been proven braver than her larger siblings. She will approach but is nervous. If you reach out she will come and brush against your legs if your back is turned or take a little nibble of the back of your leg. She may be nervous but has proven that she is quickly caught and lets you pick her up.

She loves to play with her toy mouse and snake, or other cats.

Apply to meet this sweet tabby gal today! https://streetcat.ca/quest

TRANSPORTATION HELP NEEDED

We are looking for a ride for some cute companions (4 of them) from Lumsden to Saskatoon this Friday (or Thursday). Do we have anyone heading this way who may be able to help us get some kitties into care?

We can send crates with you from Saskatoon.

Ready for a glow up?

Sebastian came to us from the Wynyard 47 in January. He was one of the most shy of the group, and honestly... he's still a little sus on the human-folk moving around too quickly or reaching out for a pet without following proper paperwork and procedures. But, with each passing day, he is making strides. He will eat treats off your fingers, accept nose boops, and even allow you the occassional quick pet. Most of all, he is happy, safe, and loved.

He is a silly guy, who loves to flop around on the floor and play with toys. He even used to live with foster kittens and enjoyed playing the part of Uncle Seb.

This guy deserves every bit of love his present and future life have to offer.

You can learn more about him here:

🚨Three tiny criminals have been apprehended!🚨

These three spicy little hooligans are NOT impressed with their recent relocation to S**T. They were minding their own business, committing various misdemeanours, when the authorities showed up and ruined everything.

Now they’re in witness protection, refusing to cooperate, and plotting their escape. Their lawyers (also cats) have advised them to hiss at everyone.

Charges include: excessive sass, resisting rescue, and possession of illegally cute faces.

Stay tuned as we attempt to convince these tiny felons that they’ve actually won the lottery.
