is a foster based program that focuses on the rescue & rehabilitation of stray cats and kittens in Saskatoon and areas. S**T Street Cat Rescue Program Inc. has been saving and bettering feline lives since 1996 and became a registered charity on January 25, 1997. The S**T Team rescues and cares for stray, abandoned, feral, sick, injured and neo-natal cats, provides medical care, socialization throu

gh foster home care and attempts to find permanent homes for the cats. S**T provides cat care information and spay/neuter education to improve the human/pet experience and to reduce the problem of pet overpopulation. We believe that kindness and compassion towards animals creates a better community for us all. Our volunteers and staff are dedicated and passionate
about providing the best care possible for our cats. To that end we will not euthanize any animal unless there is nothing more that we can do medically and under the guidance of a veterinarian. We thank all the animal care professionals for helping us maintain the high standards of care for the cat's welfare.

⛺️ CAMP PETSMART: we have a late arrival to camp this week! Because we had THREE cats adopted on Monday (Nitro, Kettle and Katsu), we have a spare bunk house for a special kitty! Meet Meadow 🌾. This lady is done her mama duties and now looking for her very own forever home. She was rescued from the fires up north and came into our care on June 1. Since being rescued, she has warmed up to her foster family almost immediately and treats them with slow blinks, loud purrs, and will even allow you to hold her until she falls asleep. ⛺️ CAMP PETSMART: meet Thumbelina! This tiny survivor came to S**T at just a few days old after being found all alone in a parking lot. Thanks to weeks of bottle feeding and round-the-clock care, Thumbelina has blossomed into a confident, playful little lady who’s now ready to find her forever home.

She is very playful! Once her kitten energy is all used up, she’s a total cuddlebug—happily snuggling into your lap (or right on your chest!) for a cozy nap. She would love another kitty buddy to play with.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Thumbelina just might be your perfect match.
