🩸🐾 Canine Blood Donors Needed! 🐾🩸

We're excited to be hosting the Canadian Animal Blood Bank on July 6th and are looking for healthy canine heroes to help save lives.

Just like people, dogs sometimes require blood transfusions during emergencies, surgeries, and treatment for serious illnesses. A single donation can help multiple dogs in need.

Your dog may be eligible if they:
✔️ Are healthy and friendly
✔️ Weigh at least 25 kg (55 lbs)
✔️ Are between 1 and 8 years of age
✔️ Are up to date on vaccinations and preventive care

As a thank-you, donor dogs typically receive a health screening and plenty of treats, cuddles, and appreciation for their lifesaving contribution.

🐾 June is National Microchip Your Pet Month! 🐾

Did you know that pets with microchips are significantly more likely to be reunited with their families if they become lost?

A microchip is a safe, permanent form of identification that can help shelters and veterinary clinics quickly contact you if your pet is found. The procedure is simple, fast, and about the size of a grain of rice.

If your pet is already microchipped, take a moment this month to make sure your contact information is up to date in the registry.

🦎✨ Tiny scales, BIG personality! Meet Slug, our adorable baby bearded dragon who came in for a wellness visit. Despite the name, this little reptile is anything but slow — curious, alert, and already winning hearts around the clinic! 💚

🐾✨ Tiny paws, big milestone! ✨🐾

Everyone meet Remi — the newest little patient to steal our hearts during his very first vet visit! 🩺💛 From curious sniffs to brave little purrs, Remi was the definition of kitten perfection today.

His visit included a full nose-to-tail wellness exam, lots of cuddles, and plenty of treats for being such a superstar. 🌟 We can already tell this sweet boy is going to grow into one very loved cat!

📦 Food & Medication Orders:
• Orders placed on May 14 will arrive on May 15
• Orders placed on May 15 will arrive on May 19

We hope you and your pets enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday! 💛
If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

We’ll reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, May 19.
