🐾💙 You may recognize this handsome boy! 💙🐾

Paddy was recently featured in our “What’s Included in Your Pet’s Dental” video, and we thought it was time to give this gorgeous boy his own post! 🦷🐶

Nurse Alex absolutely loved spending the day looking after Paddy. He is such a sweet and cuddly boy who was more than happy to soak up all the attention! 🥰

We loved having you visit us, Paddy! 🐾❤️

👑🐱 Clinic Cat Queen Tweedy 🐱👑

Queen Tweedy absolutely loves getting the big dog bed all to herself! 😂

So much room to stretch, roll around and, of course, remind everyone who really runs the clinic. 👑💅

Life is pretty good when you’re the clinic cat! 🐾❤️

You might recognise this cutie — it’s Venus! 💕 She’s been featured on our page before, and we’re always happy to see her beautiful face.

Venus is owned by the lovely Heather, who is 90 years young. 🥰 As Heather is no longer able to drive, she relies on her wonderful neighbours to help get her beloved Venus to the vet when she needs care.

And when Heather’s lovely neighbours aren’t available, the Salisbury Vet team are always happy to step in. Whether it’s making a house call, picking Venus up and bringing her into the clinic for treatment, or dropping off food and medication, we’re here to make sure both Heather and Venus get the support they need. ❤️

It’s a beautiful reminder of how a little community care can make such a big difference. We feel very lucky to be part of Heather and Venus’ support team! 🐾

We can’t wait to watch Kobe grow into a happy, healthy big boy and see his gorgeous little personality develop along the way. 🥰🐾

We’ll see you again soon, Kobe! 💙

🚨🕷️ PARALYSIS TICK ALERT! 🕷️🚨

☀️ The weather is warming up, and unfortunately, so is paralysis tick season! We’ve seen several tick patients in the clinic recently, so it’s a timely reminder for all pet owners to stay vigilant.

This little guy is a perfect example of just how tiny ticks can be — and how easily they can go unnoticed. 😱

⚠️ Paralysis ticks can be life-threatening to both dogs and cats, and symptoms can progress quickly. Early detection and prevention are crucial!

🐾 Here’s how to help protect your pets:

🔍 Check your pets daily for ticks, especially after being outdoors
🌿 Take extra care after walks, bush outings and time in long grass
✨ Keep your pet’s paralysis tick prevention up to date
👀 Watch for signs such as weakness, wobbliness, vomiting, changes in their bark or meow, or difficulty breathing

🚨 If you suspect your pet has a paralysis tick, seek urgent veterinary care immediately. Don’t wait for symptoms to develop or worsen.

❤️ A tiny tick can cause a big problem, so please stay vigilant and keep your furry family members safe this season!

🐶🐱 Prevention, daily checks and early veterinary attention can save lives.

🐾 Bear's visit to the clinic 🐾

You may remember Bear from a previous post and have wondered why this big, lovable boy was in the clinic. Bear came in to have a few lumps removed. Following his procedure, he headed home sporting an Elmo bandage to help protect his surgical sites on his foot.

Bear was his usual gentle and affectionate self throughout his visit — an absolute pleasure to have in the clinic! ❤️

We wish Bear a smooth recovery and look forward to seeing him again soon. 🐾💙

🐾 Lucky's visit to the clinic 🐾

Lucky came in to see Dr Lauren for his vaccinations and parasite prevention. 💉🐾

It was a special visit for Dr Lauren, as this was the first time she had seen Lucky since his puppy vaccinations!

It’s always lovely to see our patients grow from playful puppies into happy, healthy adults. ❤️

Lucky was a little star for his visit and we’re looking forward to seeing him again next time! 🐶💙
