During these challenging times we wanted to reassure you that we are here for you and your pets.
The global Coronavirus public health emergency has highlighted the need to maintain your health and safety and that of our veterinarians and nursing teams. It is well known that reducing face to face contact will slow the spread of the virus, so we are proactively putting measures in place to ensure your safety and that of our teams. Where face to face consultations are not advisable, we will still be able to help you and your pet.
Before your appointment:
Please advise our team if any of the following applies to you:
β’ You are unwell;
β’ You have travelled overseas within the past 14 days;
β’ You have come into contact with a person that has tested positive for COVID-19.
If these apply to you, this is how we can help you and your pet:
β’ Please phone us before you come to our clinic.
β’ If you have a non-urgent medical condition than we will ask you to postpone for a later date.
β’ If your pet is unwell, we may ask that someone else accompanies your pet for the visit.
What you can do to keep us all safe:
β’ Limit the number of people accompanying your pet to a maximum of one person (we appreciate there may be exceptional circumstances β please let us know if this is the case)
β’ When entering and leaving the clinic always use the hand sanitizer provided in our our clinics.
β’ Where possible please use Credit cards or EFTPOS for payment to reduce the need to handle
money.
β’ Please ring and pre-order medications or food you require to reduce time you spend in the
clinic.
This situation is new to all of us and we are very mindful that whilst it is concerning, we are doing
everything we can to continue to provide quality service to you and your pet and reduce the risk to
both our clients and team members.
Thank you for your understanding.
