Saying goodbye to our furkids is so hard. A tough decision made out of love and for their well being

Chico was my big little boy for 15 years. A big presence and personality. He had many health troubles through his life but he was always such a tough little man, taking it in his stride and fighting on.

Always ready for walkies. Didn't matter if it was 5am or 8pm - the answer was always 'yes please mom"

Recently though he declined rapidly and thank you to Dr Emily for her love, care and guidance through this difficult time, helping me read the signs he was giving me. She enabled me to say goodbye to my boy in the calm and quiet of home and I

will always be grateful I had the privilege to do that, and he knew right till the end he was so loved. Thank you for your sincere kindness and for making a very difficult day easier.

Baghira 💕 Baghira had a special place in our hearts for 18 ½ years and our home feels a little emptier now.
A friend told me they are only small but take up a big part of your life. And that’s very true.
Bahgira came to us at 5 weeks of age, the runt of the litter and her mum kept pushing her away so our daughter brought her home.
A few years ago she went missing when we started packing for an interstate move, we were heartbroken, we tried everything to find her, but 3 months later she was found and she came home to us.
She was a sweet girl, very social and loved being around people.
We miss her but know she had a beautiful life with us for all those years.

Ella Brown was our world. We brought her home at just eight weeks old, and we had hoped she would make it to her 14th birthday, but the universe had other plans, and she passed eight weeks shy of that milestone. She was stubborn, clever, and wonderfully single‑minded, and she loved nothing more than her beach and park adventures with us.

Emily was incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process. I’m so deeply grateful that Ella’s final moments were spent at home, in a calm and peaceful environment, surrounded by love.

Thank you again Emily for the incredible work you do.

We said goodbye to my mum’s sweet cat, Buttons yesterday.
She was rescued as an older cat and she had been sitting in the shelter for 11 months! And sure enough, with the right amount of love and attention she was able to spend the rest of her years happy and at peace.
In her last few weeks she was able to enjoy the warm sunshine, eat some home cooked food and was surrounded by love and cuddles.
RIP Buttons, we will miss you 🪽💖🌈
