Cow cat alert 🐄😸
Minnie recently joined the cat lounge and we love seeing her gain confidence and trust with us each day. Check out her ARL profile:

- Loving and shy kitty

- Likes being petted on her head and back

- When feeling playful likes plush balls and catnip toys

- Not a fan of being around loud noises

- Stressed around dogs (happiest with no canines)

- Has done well with other cats

- Has lived with teens

- Takes time to warm up to you, so let her go at the pace she feels comfortable with

This cat can be fearful and may need extra time to adjust to a new home. We've seen good progress here at the ARL, but don't be surprised if it takes several weeks for this cat to become comfortable in a new place. This cat may hide and just observe at first - maybe for quite a while - and that is perfectly normal. Young children are too much for this cat right now, so we are highly recommending a quiet, mature home. We are happy to provide post-adoption resources. If you can give this cat extra time, patience and TLC, please consider adopting! It will be so rewarding to watch them gain confidence and start enjoying all the good things in life!

Chai says this is the most Mondayest feeling Monday. He's going to enjoy his day off with the other cats of the lounge. We'll be open again Tuesday and you can stop and pet Chai while enjoying an iced chai with pumpkin spiced cold foam....it goes great with our pumpkin bars or pumpkin spiced cake balls
