IOWA Service Dogs We are a nonprofit organization that trains service dogs for first responders and veterans. We incorporated and received 501(c)3 status in 2019.

Volunteer Guardians raise and train each dog from puppyhood until we match the dog with its Warrior.

We work hard to desensitize our service dogs to wearing boots so they're ready to protect their paws when the pavement gets too hot.

Before heading outside, remember: if it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for their paws. Booties or a walk during the cooler parts of the day can help keep your pup safe and comfortable.

Stay cool, stay safe, and give those puppy feet the protection they deserve! 🐶❤️

The Iowa National Guard Warrant Officer Candidate School Class 26-001 is hosting a fundraiser to support IOWA Service Dogs!

📍 Camp Dodge Sustainment Training Center

Enjoy a free will donation car wash, with all proceeds benefiting IOWA Service Dogs. Plus, grab a walking taco meal for just $6!
