Community Concern for Cats is a non-profit, all-volunteer cat rescue in Contra Costa County, CA

We are an all-volunteer cat rescue organization that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of homeless and abandoned cats in Contra Costa County, CA. We rescue, spay, and neuter, medically rehabilitate cats, and help to find them safe and loving homes. You can make a difference by fostering, adopting, and donating to CC4C. Adopt Penn! Born in April 2026, Penn has blossomed into a super-affectionate sweetheart who loves being held, carried, and cuddled by his favorite humans. He also has a playful side and is always ready for some fun! He’s been around both small and large dogs and does well with them, as well as with adult cats.

Penn would likely thrive in a quieter home with older kids, where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished. He shares a special bond with Leo, and ideally, these two would find a forever home together. They complement each other beautifully, and Penn’s affectionate nature makes him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, gentle kitty.
