Today we’re giving a huge shout-out to our Client Service Representatives — the calm in the storm, the voice on the phone, and the glue that holds this whole crazy operation together.

They’re the first “hello” you hear, the patient problem-solvers, the treat-dispensing, multitasking magicians who somehow manage to smile through it all (even when the printer jams... again).

Our CSR team doesn’t just schedule appointments — they hold this place together with empathy, caffeine, and a questionable amount of sticky notes. 💚

They draw blood, monitor anesthesia, comfort patients, decode doctor handwriting, and somehow still have energy to snuggle a nervous kitten or a grumpy old lab. They’re the quiet force that keeps every appointment, every surgery, and every miracle running smoothly.
