Happy Vet Tech Week!!!
A Team Like No Other!

Great veterinary care takes more than medical knowledge and hard work — it takes compassion, dedication, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart.

Every day, you make a difference in the lives of our patients, comfort worried pet owners, and help keep our practice running strong. The long days, challenging moments, and little things you do behind the scenes never go unnoticed.

Thank you for the heart you put into your work, the care you give our patients, and the difference you make every single day.

We are more than coworkers — we are a team, and we are grateful to have each and every one of you as part of our Tri-County family!

Happy Vet Tech Week Kim, Robin, Ashley and Lauren!

Fun Frenchie Facts
• Bad swimmers: Because of their heavy heads, muscular build, and short legs, they cannot stay afloat easily and sink like stones.
• Heat sensitive: Their flat faces (brachycephalic structure) make it hard for them to cool down, meaning they overheat very fast in warm weather
Reproduction: Unable to breed naturally FALSE
This is the biggest misconception we have encountered recently, and it has led to unexpected, unwanted pregnancies. These pregnancies can also create unforeseen expenses because delivery often requires a C-section.
Having your pet spayed or neutered is the most effective way to prevent pregnancies.

There have not been anymore confirmed cases (as of yet), but there have been some sightings of a fox (or more than 1) with unusual behavior within the community. This is another reminder that we need to stay VERY cautious and make sure your pet(s) is/are rabies vaccinated. Call animal control in the event you see anything suspicious at 336-570-6302.
