We are an all volunteer group of animal lovers that work non-stop to rescue unwanted and abandoned pets. We mostly take in strays or abandoned animals in and around the greater San Antonio area. All animals we take in live in foster homes or depending on the severity of their conditions at our partnered vet clinic. We provide all our dogs with any and all health care they may need, along with comf

ortable safe foster homes, and food needs. We survive solely on donations and the help of our volunteers. The more dogs we can take in means the less that will end up roaming the streets, with ACS, or being euthanized.

Lucky and Bonnie were adopted thanks to the Combined efforts of Pause for paws and Sierra's Canine Rescue & Rehab . Sierras has made room temporary for Brandi and Cognac but we are desperate to find them a permanent home. Please consider donating to them for their upkeep. Sadly Momma Dog didn’t get help in time and succumbed to her injuries at ACS before Toni could get her out and get proper medical care.

It’s a heavy day. A close friend and hero in the rescue world left us too soon. Katie was the type of person that gave way more than she ever got and never expected anything in return. She was the epitome of selfless. Please we are begging you for help saving her dogs. They are all seniors and at risk. Currently they are at ACS and no one has stepped up to rescue them. If you know anyone that would be willing to foster or adopt I’ll post them here. Please help save Katie’s dogs.
