We are an all volunteer group of animal lovers that work non-stop to rescue unwanted and abandoned pets. We mostly take in strays or abandoned animals in and around the greater San Antonio area. All animals we take in live in foster homes or depending on the severity of their conditions at our partnered vet clinic. We provide all our dogs with any and all health care they may need, along with comf

ortable safe foster homes, and food needs. We survive solely on donations and the help of our volunteers. The more dogs we can take in means the less that will end up roaming the streets, with ACS, or being euthanized.

Hello p a w s pack! It has been a moment since we have announced an event and we do apologize, they have still been going and we want to let you know all about them! This month Hops and Hounds is doing an amazing thing for us and they have a frozen drink of the month, the bunny Margarita, which with each purchase they will donate a dollar to us! So come on in grab that delicious drink and help support our fur babies and have fun while you're at it. Come see us also tomorrow at PetSmart from 12:00 to 4:00 on Evans and 281. And Sunday have a blast with us and a drink at Hops and Hounds from 11:30 to 3:00. We can't wait to see you, and can't wait for you to adopt our wonderful fur babies! Hi Paws Pack! So much has happened this past month and although we're keeping an eye out for our precious poppy we still want to make sure our other dogs get adopted and find their forever homes. If you happen to see Poppy please do let us know as we are still on the search for her, but if you'd like to join us for our big dogs need love to adoption event we would love to see you there! We will be bringing all our 40 plus fur babies, even the puppies that will be 40 and more should be seen and love on this special day. We will also have little goodies and a big old party for everybody to celebrate! So if you're looking for your new big baby come see us at Hops and Hounds March 2nd! They'll also be doing bingo! We have about 20 puppies and dogs that are scheduled for spay/neuter and vaccines this week! While we love that we were able to save them we didn’t expect 20 to be ready for spay/neuter. If you’re able we could sure use some help. Each pup is about $150 for spay/ neuter, microchip, DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies. Every little bit helps.

Update: after 9 days Poppy is finally home!

Update: its been one week since our sweet Poppy got away from the adoption event. Im heartbroken with fear that shes out there in this weather afraid, cold and alone. Please spread the word so we can bring Poppy home.

Update: another night in the cold for our girl but thankfully Saved By the Bell Pet Recovery and Humane Trapping is on the job! She will go back tomorrow and we are hoping thst Poppy stays put. Big shout out to the jerk that saw one of our fosters trying to lure her closer and honked his horn and scared her. Thanks a lot.

Update: poppy is traveling. Shes in the greenbelt by Huebner and USAA. Please keep your eyes open.

Update: our sweet girl is still lost. Pkease if youre in the Shavano Oatk area keep your eyes open for our girl.

Update: 2/17 she was sighted back over by the petsmart area on dezavala but still not back with us. Please keep an eye. Here is an updated photo of her as well.

At adoption event at i10 and dezavala one of our fosters got spooked and ran off. Her name is poppy she is super sweet, she us microchipped, we are worried she will be hit. She has a leash on her, if you see her in the dezavala area please call us and let us know! Thank you!

Hello Paws Pack! Wanted to remind everyone about our amazing collab with Hops & Hounds. Next Sunday at Hops & Hounds, for the month of February we are focusing on our black fur babies! February is the month for black history and our black companions! And we want to take the time to show them the love they deserve! So we will be working with hops and Hounds in doing a brunch with Bingo and our lovely black fur babies! So come by, say hi, play some Bingo and find a forever baby. And if you can't make it to our Bingo brunch no problem we have plenty more events happening this month! And show us your black fur babies, we would love to see and love on them as well!
