I wrote the shadow work book I wish someone had handed me years ago.

Not the kind that gives you a few pretty journal prompts, tells you to love yourself, and sends you on your way.

I wanted something deeper.

Something for the woman who keeps asking:

Why does that trigger me so badly?
Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?
Why do I say yes when I desperately want to say no?
Why do I trust everyone else’s opinion before my own?
Why do I make myself smaller to keep other people comfortable?
Why do I keep abandoning myself?

So I wrote Meet Me in the Dark: Shadow Workbook.

And this book does not tiptoe around the hard s**t.

Across ten parts, we dig into triggers, wounds, patterns, people-pleasing, anger, boundaries, self-trust, taking up space, what you actually want, and all the ways we learn to leave ourselves behind.

There are deep prompts. There are uncomfortable questions. There are moments that might make you close the book and stare at the wall for a minute.

And yes, there is profanity.

Because apparently that’s how I heal. 😂

But here’s what this workbook isn’t:

It isn’t 285 pages telling you what’s wrong with you.

The entire journey leads somewhere I believe with my whole heart:

You were never broken.

Shadow work isn’t about becoming some perfectly healed version of yourself who never gets triggered, makes a bad decision, or loses her s**t again.

It’s about understanding yourself deeply enough that when you lose yourself…

you know how to come back.

I’ve been stagnant for a year now. Or so that’s what it feels like. Maybe I was just upgrading my system to accept new codes that have recently came in.
Situations have happened recently that I know are setting me up for me to reach my highest timeline.
But with this comes fear. Fear of me having to show up for myself and the collective.

Last night I did a journey to Sirius with my mentor where we released lower levels of consciousness that were seated within my being. The thread I released was fear and was causing pain in my foot. My feet carry me forward in life.
When I went to bed last night as soon as I closed my eyes I got a vision of a timeline. A timeline that will lead me to my highest expression. I’m super excited for this!!!
