We'll have Rosie's puppies at Ratchet Brewery. Along with Tinsley, Foxy, Milo and Mika. All are looking for their forever homes. They are all available for foster to adopt.

Tuesday is our taco special with Tacos El Pelon Salem . 3 tacos, a churro and a pint for just $12.

Wednesdays is for free bingo. Come down and play and see if you can win a prize. Open to all ages.

Thursday is trivia at 6:30 with Oregon Trivia Company

Saturday we have Little Critters Rescue in for a puppy adoption event 1-4. Come see if you can find your new family members.

We were introduced to this sweet pup last Monday. A caseworker from a local shelter reached out to us because And had ate something and wasn't feeling well. While they were getting video of And her owner lost his grip on her leash and she took off. A group of well intention people started chasing her downtown. She was scared and ran into traffic and was hit by a car. Some good Samaritan took her to Salem Veterinary Emergency Clinic. She clearly had an injury to her leg and was going to need xrays and medication. And is all that her Dad has left after his wife and youngest son passed away. The quote was $765 for xrays, medication and an exam. We offered to cover the visit. During this time I was talking to fellow rescue friends and they offered to pay $350 towards her care. Rescue work is hard. Having friends like this is what makes it easier. I want to personally thank my friends and fellow rescues Alice Sprague, Jessica Wicks and Toshia Stenger from Operation DOG and PNW BARCS for always being there. Tomorrow And will have an exam at Salem Oregon Animal Rehabilitation - SOAR with Dr. Rowley. She will determine if therapy will help her to recover from her hairline fracture. Yes, her name is And. She had two brother and they were name after a favorite candy Mike And Ike. Tomorrow we'll find out what the cost of her treatment will be. She will also be getting spayed at our expense. Any dog we help with medical bills we require them to be spayed or neutered. Stay turned for an update.

Come down to Nature's Pet Market Salem from 10am-1pm and meet some of our adoptable dogs. We'll be there with the Operation DOG outreach team.

Tomorrow is Susie Q final vet check up for her knee at Santa Clara Animal Hospital. We're expecting Susie to be fully released from restricted activity. She has been living in a foster to adopt home and it's been going great. There is still one last hurdle that Susie needs to cross before she can be officially adopted. She has some masses that need to be removed. Tomorrow we'll find out what the cost of that surgery is and when it can be scheduled. Paws crossed for Susie.

Come out on Saturday and meet some of our adoptable dogs. We'll be hanging out with the Operation DOG outreach team at Nature's Pet Market Salem from 10am-1pm. Come get puppy kisses and cuddles.

We want to THANK Bentley's Coffee and the community for coming out and supporting us last month. If you didn't know over the last year Bentley’s Coffee choose a different organization that helps animals and does a monthly fundraiser for them. All you have to do is take your dog for a pup cup and you're helping support a great local business, but also a rescue organization. For the month of January Bentley’s is raising funds for Woods Creek Rescue. We took Neptune and Mercury there for their very first pup cup to welcome them into the rescue and 2026!

Yesterday Olive had a meet n greet with a potential new family. The meet n greet went well and she started her 2 week trial. This is Olive with her older brother George. We excited for Olive to start this next chapter of her life. We want to Thank her foster Lucinda Garcia and Tater. It takes a village.
