We had some left-over Tillamooks from Saturday’s picking and I decided to freeze them for myself, so I can make jam this winter.
Side note: they still look incredible for being picked on Saturday (these pictures taken on Tuesday)
So I decided to share my process for freezing. I have heard different strategies from our customers and I’ve tried a few different methods, but this works best for me.
