There’s a cornucopia of options in the fruitstand! Most notably Mary’s Peak Strawberries. They got a lot of sun in the last few days and they look it, however, I put up 5 crates of Sunday’s pick and they were beautiful.

We also have RASPBERRIES! We expect they will go fast! We can only take same day orders if you’d like to call and reserve a crate for today.

Plus, you have to try our Columbia Sunrise Blackberries and Loganberries.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

With strawberries AND blackberries in the store at the same time- this weekend is the perfect opportunity to make a strawberry and blackberries trifle (layered fruit, custard and cake). Or whatever else your heart desires.

We just want you to enjoy the taste of local, seasonal fruit while you can.

Pro-tip: a loganberry trifle would be a beautiful balance of sweet and creamy, bright and tart 😋

FRUPDATES! (Fruit + Updates) 😉

We are still in the beautiful middle of strawberry season and we have fresh picked strawberries at the stand!

And these are the varieties that are coming up. You can see color ripening on our Columbia Sunrise Blackberries, Duke Blueberries and Loganberries!

They will be ready to pick in the next few weeks. And they will be posted on our socials when they are available!

Here’s how I make my strawberry syrup:

1. Slice 1 c. of washed strawberries
2. Add to saucepan with 1 tbsp of honey and a splash of water
3. Simmer for 14 min. Stir occasionally.

I recommend .bee.ranch local, raw honey which you can purchase in our fruitstand.

I’ll be honest, I have no idea how long this will last in your fridge. Mine never makes it that long.

I’m adding this to lemonade, but it would also be incredible over ice cream or pancakes. Enjoy!
