Royal Oak Animal Shelter ROAS is a managed admission shelter, serving Royal Oak, Berkley, Huntington Woods, and Pleasant Ridge in conjunction with Animal Control. Not wildlife licensed.

💬 Owner's Message: "Luigi was last spotted by our hse at 2:30 am on 5/26/26 on the ring camera. He is very shy and will come if you call him, have treats/cat food, or if you kneel down near him. We miss him dearly and we are praying that he is in a safe place and that he will come home soon. Please help us find him!"

🐾 Description: "Gray tabby cat, he is fluffy. About 16 lbs. he is shy. If you see him, please kneel down and he will come to you"
