Any pets that have been microchipped at Stoney Pointe Animal Hospital since September of 2023 DO NOT have this brand of microchips and you do not have to update any information. Your pet has a Home Again microchip.

What You Need to Know: ✅ The microchips themselves are still functional and safe. ⚠️ However, due to the database shutdown, pet owners must take immediate action to ensure their pet’s microchip information remains accessible.
What Pet Parents Need to Do: To prevent any issues if their pet ever goes missing, please advise pet parents to re-register their pet’s microchip number as soon as possible at www.freepetchipregistry.com.
