Started by the Kennel Club and ADT in 2009, was created to raise awareness around learning how to keep pets safe in the event of a fire.
Our tips:
🔥Make a family evacuation plan and practice it with your pets to make sure you keep those you love safe from harm.
🔥If you cannot quickly access your pet's carrier, use a pillowcase to secure your cat.
🔥Cats are curious, ensure your pet is not left unattended around an open flame and make sure to thoroughly extinguish any open flame before leaving your home.
🔥Cats often chew on loose wires, which poses not only a fire hazard to your pet but also an electrical one. Keep cords hidden/secured.
🔥Microchip your pet. In case your panicked animal runs away from your home, rescuers, or you during the chaos of a fire, chances of having them returned to you are greatly increased if your pet is microchipped.

We now have single dose vaccines available for RHDV2! Did you know that it's recommended to vaccinate all rabbits, even if they're indoor only! After an initial series, the vaccine is given annually. Your bun can be vaccinated at their wellness exam. Give us a call or visit our website to schedule!🐰

We honor those who have lost their lives serving in the United States military. In observance of Memorial Day, we will be closed on Saturday 5/24 thru Monday 5/26. We will reopen on Tuesday 5/27. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during the weekend hours there are holiday urgent care hours at Animal Urgent Care at Pittsford (open 9am-5pm on Memorial Day) or reach out to Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services (open 24/7).

We're accepting new clients for wellness exams and are currently booking out ~6 weeks. A couple things to note regarding our process:
📨 Send us an email to get started and we will send you application information we will need to get you set up with an account
📑We also need your pets previous records sent over with your application (please note if you do not have any previous medical or adoption history)
💲We require a deposit of $83.56 to secure an appointment slot, we can accept payment over the phone or in-person (we cannot accept check payment for this deposit)

Park Ave is undergoing construction and currently the Park Ave route to Somerton Street is blocked off. Please utilize adjacent side streets to get to the clinic. From Culver Rd take Milburn St, then Brunswick, then Morningside Park to get to Somerton St.
