✨ Meet our friend, Oliver ✨

Nine weeks ago, Oliver was rushed to REVS after being hit by a car. Thanks to quick action, lots of love, (some bags of frozen corn), and his incredible resilience, he’s now getting his energy and mobility back! 💪🐾

His mom Colleen shared:

🚨 Why REVS Sometimes Goes on Diversion (Red Status) 🚨

With nearly 7,000 pets helped already this year, the demand for emergency care has never been higher. Some days, that means we reach full capacity and must temporarily go on diversion (also known as "red status").

This decision is never made lightly—it ensures that the pets already in our care receive safe, effective, and high-quality treatment.

We know how stressful it can be when your pet needs urgent help, and we’re committed to improving. Our team is actively hiring, training, and planning future expansions to increase capacity and reduce diversion times.

In July, we cared for 1,380 pets and delivered 48,108 treatments — our busiest month ever since opening!

These numbers reflect everything from life-saving surgeries to oxygen therapy, diagnostics, and pain management. But more importantly, they represent real families, real emergencies, and real outcomes made possible by our incredible team — and by you, our community.

We know how stressful it can be when your pet needs care, and we’re so grateful for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to help as many pets as possible. Every day, our team strives to increase our capacity so more pets get the help they need.
