Miss Kitty's Cat House At Miss Kitty's Cat House, we find loving homes for stray and surrendered cats. Join us in making a difference for cats!

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we provide food, shelter, and medical care, while fundraising to support our life-saving goals. Miss Kitty's Cat House is a small non-profit, no-kill cat rescue and adoption facility, solely operated by volunteers and donations. We have been granted 501(c)(3) status by the I.R.S. Miss Kitty's is located in a small house at 302 N Alarcon Street in Prescott, Arizona, where

approximately 20 adult cats live and play until they are adopted, with a waiting list for cats to come in when there are vacancies. The cats roam free in the house and are cared for by a variety of dedicated volunteers. The house is at the NW intersection of Sheldon and Alarcon in Prescott. When you visit Miss Kitty's you will meet all of our cats on neutral ground. We shelter cats of all ages and backgrounds. We have cats whose humans have either passed away or are otherwise unable to care for them, rescued cats who were born feral and who have been socialized, or formerly abandoned or abused pets. We also have other adult cats and kittens in foster homes in the Prescott area. The number varies from 50 to 75, depending upon how many fosters are available.

We have 14 precious kittens ready for adoption, so we are expanding our adoptions to a three-day event!

We will be at Prescott PetSmart
277 S. Walker Rd (near Costco) on:

FRIDAY, June 26
10:00 am - 2:00 pm

SATURDAY, June 27
10:00 am - 2:00 pm

SUNDAY, June 28
11:00 am - 2:00 pm

All kittens are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

🌟 Pets of the week: PEPPER and SASSY 🌟

Bonded soul sisters, PEPPER and SASSY share everything in life. Because they’ve been together their entire lives, Pepper and Sassy, who are both eight years old, must be adopted as a pair.

Pepper is a short-haired, gray and black tabby with gorgeous green eyes and a satiny soft coat. Pepper’s shy at first but warms up quickly when she’s greeted with gentle pets and head scratches. She’s an affectionate lap cat who enjoys relaxing with her sister.

Sassy is a short-haired calico with an orange and black coat and light green eyes. She responds to human touches with squeaky meows and loud purrs. Sassy’s inquisitive and friendly. She enjoys brushing to maintain her gorgeous fur.

This pair’s former residence was peaceful, so a similar one would be preferred. If you have a special place in your heart for Pepper and Sassy, they would love to meet you.

Both are current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and are spayed. Sassy is microchipped.

Kitten adoptions this weekend!

Miss Kitty’s Cat House will have multiple kittens available for adoption this weekend. If you are ready to add some paws and whiskers to your family, please come by to meet these babes!

Here is what their foster mom has to say about this sweet bunch:

Pretzel (F) - loves affection and likes to speak her mind. Also likes to follow people around and wants to be involved with whatever you’re doing.

Raisin (M) - He is goofy and fun to play with, also very loving and affectionate. Great for a kid to grow up with.

Cranberry (F) - Lays with and plays with the other kittens all the time. Perfect for someone looking for a lap cat.

Cashew (F) - She may be shy to people but she’s also very curious and loves other cats. She will need time to warm up to people.

Peanut (F) - Always in a good mood and loves to play with toys.
