Michael Myers picked the WRONG veterinary clinic this Halloween! 🎃🔪🐾

Little did he know, we have our own four legged security team! 😂🐕

No Michael Myers were harmed in the making of this video! All bite work was performed by a trained dog in a controlled setting. 🧡

🐾 MYTH vs. FACT! 🐾

❌ MYTH: Dogs only eat grass when they’re sick.

✅ FACT: Plenty of perfectly healthy dogs eat grass! 🌱🐶 While an upset stomach can sometimes lead to grass eating, dogs may also munch on it because they like the taste or texture, are bored, or simply because… dogs are weird. 😂

In fact, many dogs that eat grass don’t vomit afterward at all.

Does your dog turn into a tiny lawn mower every time they go outside? 🌱😂 Tell us in the comments!

🐾💜 That’s a wrap on Vet Tech Week!

As we wrap up a week of celebrating our incredible team, we want to take one more moment to say just how much we appreciate our techs!

Our team is more than just coworkers, we’re family. ❤️ From the long, chaotic days to the endless laughs, inside jokes, and finding humor in just about anything, there’s never a dull moment with this crew!

Behind every patient is a team that works hard, cares deeply, and always has each other’s backs. We truly couldn’t do what we do without them.

We’re so lucky to have a team that brings so much heart, dedication, and laughter to ORVH every single day.

Vet Tech Week may be over, but our appreciation for this crew never ends! 💜🐾

💙🐾 Celebrating Isaac for Veterinary Technician Week! 🐾💙

This Veterinary Technician Week, we’re giving a special shoutout to Isaac, who has been part of our veterinary family for 15 years! 🎉

Fifteen years of caring for our patients, supporting our clients, and being there for the pets who need us most is something truly worth celebrating! Veterinary technicians play such an important role in veterinary medicine, and we’re grateful for the time, dedication, and hard work Isaac brings to our team.

Thank you, Isaac, for 15 years of making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

🐾💙 Vet Tech Appreciation Week Spotlight: Dalton! 💙🐾

Today we’re showing some extra appreciation for Dalton! 🩺🐶

Dalton has been a familiar face at our hospital for many years, serving as one of the backbones of our kennel team! Recently, he’s taken on a new challenge by beginning his training as a veterinary technician, and we couldn’t be more proud of how well he’s doing!

Dalton is incredibly thorough, hardworking, and attentive to detail. He takes his responsibilities seriously and genuinely cares about the health, comfort, and well-being of every patient that comes through our doors. ❤️

His dedication, willingness to learn, and compassion for animals make him such an important part of our team. We’re so excited to watch him continue growing in veterinary medicine!

Thank you, Dalton, for everything you do behind the scenes and beyond! Our hospital wouldn’t be the same without you! 🐾💙

Help us show Dalton some love in the comments! 👏🐕
