💔🐾 WHY IS CHANCE STILL WAITING? 🐾💔

We honestly don't understand how this amazing boy keeps getting overlooked.

Chance is a 6-year-old Shepherd mix looking for a family to finally call his own. Yes, he's a big boy… but his heart is even bigger. ❤️

And if you have other animals and want a dog who knows how to be a gentleman around them, you NEED to meet Chance.

Chance spent time in a foster home with ferrets, kittens, cats, and even bearded dragons. 🐾🐱🦎 And this big guy was nothing but a pure gentleman with every single one of them.

But that's not all.

👧 Chance is AMAZING with kids.
🐾 He knows where his big body is and is careful not to knock little ones over.
❤️ He's gentle, sweet, and incredibly tolerant.
🐱 He's proven he can respectfully share his home with all kinds of animals.

Chance is the true definition of a gentle giant. 🥹

He isn't perfect—he could use some help learning his leash manners—but that's really the biggest hurdle. And honestly? For a dog with this much love, this much patience, and this incredible track record with people and animals, we think he's worth it.

Chance has so much to offer a family. He just needs someone to see him.

Someone to look past his size and notice his gentle heart.
Someone to give him a chance.
Someone to finally take him home. 🏡❤️

We can't understand why this boy has been waiting so long.

Maybe his person simply hasn't walked through the door yet.

Mindy is 4 years old and is ready to experience the “forever home” we keep telling her about!

If you’re into quirky and unique, look no further! Peep her front toes. 👀

Mindy only has two toes on both of her front feet! It earned her the nickname Tammy Two Toes, because we love a good alliteration.

But it’s not just her toes that make her special and quirky. She’s a spunky little thing who just has a zest for life. She plays hard and can’t wait until she has a house to do zoomies through!

She gets along great with other cats and dogs are also not a problem! What a confident queen! 🙂‍↕️

This sweet boy is full of puppy energy and is ready to find a family who is prepared to keep up with his busy little legs and curious mind! Buckey loves to run, play, explore, and have a good time. He’s also been doing well around other pups and cats, so he’s happy to make new friends. 🐶🐱💙

Being a Catahoula mix, Buckey is going to thrive with an active family who wants a four-legged adventure buddy. Hiking? YES! 🥾
Long walks? ABSOLUTELY! 🐾
Playing in the yard? SIGN HIM UP! 🏃‍♂️
Exploring new places? BUCKEY HAS HIS BAG PACKED! 🎒😂

Of course, Buckey is still just a baby, which means he is also working on some important puppy lessons. He will need continued obedience training and potty training, along with plenty of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. 🎓🐾

But underneath all that puppy chaos is a really sweet boy who is just waiting for someone to teach him how wonderful life can be. ❤️

Buckey doesn't need a perfect family. He needs a family who will give him structure, keep him busy, teach him good manners, and most importantly, love him through all of his puppy shenanigans. 🥹💙

Sweet Tina is a 7-year-old Australian Shepherd who is looking for something every pup deserves—a family to love her, understand her, and make her feel safe. 🏡❤️

Tina is a very special girl with a very special need: she is deaf. While she may not hear the world around her, she has so much love to give and an incredible ability to learn. In fact, Tina is a very smart girl who knows and responds to hand signals! 🥰🐾

Being deaf can sometimes make the world a little confusing or overwhelming for Tina. She needs a family who understands that she may experience things differently and who is willing to communicate with her in ways she understands. Most importantly, she needs someone who will be patient, gentle, and willing to learn right alongside her. ❤️

Tina doesn't need someone to feel sorry for her.

She needs someone to believe in her. 💗

Someone who will celebrate how smart she is.
Someone who will give her time to feel comfortable.
Someone who will learn her signals and teach her new ones.
Someone who will make sure she always knows she is safe and loved.

‼️ Adopt Chickpea ‼️

Her brother Pinto has an approved adopter and is going home Thursday. 🥳

But then Chickpea will be all alone for the first time ever! 😭

We want to get Chickpea into her forever home with another forever kitty playmate STAT! She’s very social and playful, so having a kitty friend at home is best.

This girl is an absolute cuddle bug and is ALWAYS purring. But she’s also incredibly spunky and always down to play.

She‘s very excitable and hops around for no reason in particular. She hops at walls/corners, or will sprint from one side of the house to another with little hops thrown in because she just can’t contain her excitement. 🤩

Chickpea is 5 months old. She is staying at Petco in Granger while looking for her forever home.
