Here we "snow" again! During the last deep freeze, we learned we needed some extra cold weather gear for our mobile surgery unit. Did you know? Second Chance Animal Rescue () helped MN SNAP provide spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations for nearly 500 cats and dogs in 2024! They are an all-volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing, caring for and adopting out homeless dogs and cats. Their partnership and support helps us provide subsidized veterinary care for owned pets and for stray cats in need of TNR (trap, neuter, return) services. Thank you, Second Chance Animal Rescue, for being a safe haven for homeless pets since 1994 and for being a great partner to MN SNAP for many years! Our Story

MN SNAP's mission is to end the suffering and death of Minnesota cats and dogs due to overpopulation by providing both high-quality, affordable and accessible spay and neuter services to those in need and animal welfare education in the communities we serve. MN SNAP operates out of its stationary clinic in North Minneapolis Tuesday to Friday, and its mobile surgery vehicle travels throughout the state seven days per week. Hours of Operation: Please refer to your surgery confirmation letter for your check-in time.
