Every exam, every weigh in, every "just a quick check up", our team had one eye on the patient and one eye on their camera roll. Why? Because waits for no one.

It's Tongue Out Tuesday, and once again our patients are stealing the show! 😄🐾

The team at Companion Care Animal Clinic works hard every single day to keep tails wagging and cats, well… tolerating us. 😂 We do the check ups, the vaccines, and the nail trims, but let's be honest, the real highlight of the job is the slobbery thank you kisses from the dogs and the occasional headbutt from a happy cat. We "lick" what we do, and we wouldn't trade it for anything. 😉

Happy from all of us at Companion Care Animal Clinic! 😛🐶🐱

Our staff has had their cameras ready all week, and these tongue out moments are honestly the best part of our job! We are so grateful for every single one of you who trusts us with your fur babies!

This heat wave has ALL of us feeling like 👅👅👅 but it's especially important to keep a close eye on your pets right now. Heat exhaustion and heatstroke can come on quickly, so here's a quick reminder of what to watch for:

🌡️ Excessive or heavy panting 💦 Drooling more than usual 😵 Seeming dizzy, weak, or confused 🚨 Vomiting or collapsing

If your pet is showing any of these signs, get them to a cool space immediately and give us a call. We are always here for you!

Keep those tongues wagging and those tails going. We love you, Companion Care family! 🐾☀️

Every Tuesday we think there is no way the next week can top the last. Every Tuesday we are proven wrong. 😂 This week's bunch of wiggly, smiley, tongue waving patients had the whole clinic cracking up from open to close.

We are so grateful to have the goofiest, most lovable patients around and we would not trade them for anything. 💓

I want to thank each and every one of you for your kinds words about Cam. Reading through all the comments has certainly warmed my heart .
I know that anyone who ever came in contact with Cam quickly grew to love him ... he was a gentle giant with the sweetest soulful eyes. The sudden loss of him definitely has left a huge hole in my heart . Forever thankful for having him in my life and will miss him terribly.
I saw this and definitely thought of Cam….

Once again thank you all for posting … it means a great deal to not only me but every one of us here at Companion Care. His presence will certainly be missed by us all.

This week, for Tongue Out Tuesday, we are remembering our Cam.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of our beloved Ambassador of Companion Care Animal Clinic. 💔

To say we are all stunned and heartbroken is an understatement. Cam passed suddenly over this past weekend. He was a kind soul who has been with us since the very beginning of this practice and never left our side.

Cam belonged to our wonderful receptionist, Donna, and together, the two of them were here from day one. They, along with Kim and Cheyenne, helped to build something we're all so proud of. Cam was our clinic's greeter, our heart. 💖🐾

His warmth and gentle spirit touched every person who walked through our doors. Cam had a way of making everyone feel welcome. That is the kind of gift only a truly special dog can give.

Cam, you were loved beyond measure, and you will be missed more than words can say. 🐾
