🌞 Heat Warning: Keep Your Pets Safe! 🐾🥵
The temperatures are rising, and it's important to remember that our pets can overheat much faster than we do.
Here are a few ways to help keep your furry family members safe: 🐶 Walk your dog early in the morning or later in the evening. 🌳 Stick to shady areas and always bring fresh water. 🐾 Check the pavement with the back of your hand—if it's too hot for you to hold for 7 seconds, it's too hot for your pet's paws. 🚗 Never leave your pet in a parked car, even for a few minutes. Temperatures inside a vehicle can become life-threatening very quickly. 🏡 Keep pets indoors during the hottest part of the day whenever possible.
⚠️ Signs of heatstroke include: • Excessive panting • Drooling • Bright red or pale gums • Weakness or collapse • Vomiting or diarrhea • Confusion or seizures
If you think your pet is suffering from heatstroke, move them to a cool area, offer small amounts of cool (not ice-cold) water, apply cool water to their body, and seek veterinary care immediately.
Stay cool, stay hydrated, and give your pets a little extra TLC during this heat wave! ❤️🐕🐈

Today we celebrate every kind of mom — dog moms, cat moms, horse moms, reptile moms, human moms, foster moms, grandmoms, and all the incredible women who give endless love, comfort, and care every single day. 💕

Thank you for the late-night cuddles, the countless treats, the vet visits, the muddy paw cleanups, and the unconditional love you give your families — both two-legged and four-legged.

All jokes aside everyday we pour our hearts into the pets you love. 🐾💕

We’re there for the happy tail wags, the healing moments, and the long-awaited “all better”s—but we’re also there for the hard days… the quiet goodbyes, the unexpected emergencies, and the moments that stay with us long after our shift ends.

This job can be heavy, but it’s love that keeps us going. Love for your pets, love for this work, and love for being able to show up when you need us most.

So when you see your vet team, know that behind the scrubs are big hearts doing their very best—for you and for them. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and loving your pets as much as we do. 💙
