We will be closing at 3:00 pm on Friday January 23, 2026 to allow us to pay respects to Dr. McNeil’s father, Mr. Cliff Clayton, who passed away this week. We want to wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our office will be closed December 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026. We will resume normal hours Friday January 2, 2026. As always, our clients can reach our on call vet for any pet emergency by calling the office.

This weekend the East Central Rodeo Club is hosting a high school and jr high rodeo at the Lauderdale County Agri-center. This is a great opportunity to watch LOCAL kids compete. The high school rodeo will be at 7:30 nightly and the junior high rodeo will start at 9AM Saturday. I even heard Santa was coming to watch on Saturday night. 🎅🏼

We are deeply saddened for the loss of Dr. David C. Newell. Dr. Newell loved caring for his patients and his clients, who became like family. His love and compassion for animals and people is what made him an amazing veterinarian. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, friend and mentor. He will be greatly missed. Our office will be closed, Friday, September 26 to allow us to attend his services.
