Just a little post not going to linger on this much it's honestly not worthy of much . I've been in this business for over 20 yrs , I absolutely love my job and my clients and would like to say how much I appreciate each and every one of you and thank you for your loyalty and for allowing us to take care of your pets from grooming , boarding and training. That being said , when dealing with the public you just cannot avoid having conflict no matter how much you try . I have recently had to deal with a " first time client and hopefully last time . To put it simply , she's posted lies , blew up my phone and has tried to degrade myself and my business. She picked her little dog up, was very happy with him paid for our services and left . The next day a good 24 hrs later started all of the senseless drama . What she did or what happened to her dog after it left my shop I do not know nor have any control over . I absolutely try my very best to comply with everyone and work hard to please everyone I am not unrealistic enough to think that just isn't possible but I try . Her irate phone call was recorded as all are. Having to deal with this is most disheartening to me to say the least and a complete shock as well . So again to each and every one of my dear friends and clients and their precious fur babies . You are so appreciated and loved .โค๏ธ This beautiful baby is " GIGI" and one of my very loved client's sweet standard poodle just leaving my shop. Charleen Gentry's sweet boy Ozzie has been with me most of his 15 yrs of life ๐ along with her beloved Valley Brook who has crossed the rainbow ๐ Bridge and so many more I've loved each and every one of them .๐ฉท
