🐾 Big News! From Recall to Reiki—Kiki’s Moving to Manhattan! 🐾

We're beyond excited to welcome Kiki Cavuoto to the MuttSchool team starting in July! Not only is she an amazing dog trainer with a resume longer than a Great Dane’s tail, but in addition to training, she has been a vet tech, groomer, agility handler, Reiki Master, protection dog decoy, shamanic energy worker, and dog mom. She's fostered more dogs than you can count on both your fingers and your toes. And somehow, she's remained humble through it all.

But wait, there’s more…

Kiki will be managing our MuttMind & Body program, helping dogs build both confidence and calm through her decades of experience in training and canine wellness. She's got the magic touch when it comes to helping anxious, reactive, injured or high-energy dogs find their balance.

Here’s a fun fact: Kiki and Mary first teamed up back in the '90s while working at a dog training facility in Phoenix. Over the years their dog obsession never aged a day. Now they're bringing their decades of experience (along with a few more grey hairs) to offer dogs and their humans a more complete, wellness-based approach to training at MuttSchool.

Change is always bittersweet.

That's how we feel saying goodbye to DaySchool—equal parts sentimental, grateful for everyone who trusted us with their dogs over the years, yet stoked for what’s next. We’re shifting how we offer training—focusing on more flexible, effective, and personal training options to help you and your dog shine.

The final DaySchool session wraps up on April 25, and while we’ll miss the furry faces and wagging tails, we’re thrilled to have the extra space in the facility to offer more ways to put the GOOD in good dog. 💛
