We had an incredible time at the All American Reptile & Plant Expo this weekend—thank you to everyone who stopped by!

Got a new scaly, slimy, or leafy friend from the expo? Swing in for upgrades, enclosures, lighting, décor, and all the goodies to get them settled. And yes… feeders are stocked.

🟢 We’re set up TODAY in Overland Park for the All‑American Plant & Reptile Expo!
Come hang out with us, explore amazing animals, check out the plant vendors, and don’t forget — there’s a whole card collector side of the show too. Something for everyone, all under one roof.

Please share, I am having a lot of customers calling in thinking we are closed due to the highway entrance being blocked off.

🚧 Permanent Access Update for Eighth Element Exotics 🚧
Pottawatomie County has permanently closed the front entrance road to our store.
All customers will now enter from Edgewood Drive.

You can still park right in front of the store as usual — but please note that pillars will be placed at the old entrance, so Edgewood Drive will be the only access point moving forward.

You can reach Edgewood Drive from Green Valley Road, Farmer’s Lane, or Powers Lane.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we adapt to this permanent change.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to help or brought supplies. I am truly grateful for our family and our customers for treading water with me as we grow. Every step forward, every late night, every mess we clean up together — it all means more than I can ever say. Thank you Hailee and Stephen!!!
