🌟 Meet Our 2025 Charity: HorseSensing 🌟

We’re proud to support HorseSensing, an incredible organization transforming lives through the power of horses. 🐴

Founded in 2009, HorseSensing launched a one-of-a-kind residential program in 2022 to help veterans and individuals in recovery. By providing equine therapy and job training in the American Saddlebred Show Horse industry, they offer structure, stability, and purpose to those in need.

With five employees and three housing facilities, HorseSensing is making a real impact—not only on the lives of participants but also within the Saddlebred industry by training skilled grooms. 💙

IMPORTANT Hotel Information:

The Clarion Hotel that many at the show stay at will not be available during Madison Classic. It was recently bought by Holiday Inn and will be in the process of a renovation during the show. What does that mean for us.? All staff will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express which is next to the Sheraton. Anyone that has a reservation currently at the Clarion will be contacted and asked if you want your reservation transferred to the Holiday Inn. They do take dogs as well. If you don't hear from them in the next couple weeks, let me know. They are working through their contracts in month order, so be patient.

P.S. The hotel will be finished for any future Saddlebred shows at Madison.

Congratulations to Gabby Greco on being honored with the UPHA Chapter 3/4 Horseperson of the year. Gabby also represented the Young Professionals in our Chapter by winning the Chapter 3/4 Young Professional grant to attend the UPHA National Conference.

We are very excited to announce the 2025 UPHA Chapter 3/4 Madison Classic judging panel. Heather Boodey of Franklinton, NC, Kristen Cater of Dunbarton, NH and Gary Garone of Richmond, NH. All three will judge all classes except the Academy Division which will be judged by Kristen Cater. Plans are already well underway to make Madison Classic even bigger and better in 2025. Please consider joining us May 22-25, 2025

There will be a UPHA Chapter 3/4 meeting held Friday 9/13 at the Wisconsin Futurity Horse Show in the bleachers. It will be held either at 1:30 pm or 15 minutes after the morning session, whichever is later.
