Kathleen is perfectly demonstrating light pressure on the bit. There's a difference between light and heavy pressure. Light pressure allows the horse to trust their Rider and listen more closely to cues. Light pressure also allows the horse to relax. Heavy pressure causes a situation where the horse must protect themself from pain. Two completely different outcomes. George and Kathleen are working as one and they're doing a great job!
