Stella will be reprising Sally Fields role in the 2025 adaptation of The Flying Nun! We are very excited for her.
The bonus to her Hollywood costume is it’s a special UV fly mask that helps keep her eyes safe from the sun. Stella’s white coloring and fair skin tone make her more susceptible to ocular cancers.

Most of our pigs are fed out in pasture to help mimic their natural foraging behavior. We have some of our older or special needs pigs who are fed separately. Jazzy (Jasmine Tea Dragon) and (Mama) Lovey are two of our special needs - slow eating pigs. Jazzy is on medication for her arthritis and Lovey has a hard time seeing and on the slower side so we feed them inside the barn to make sure they are getting proper nutrition 😍

Exciting news! After many successful flea market fundraisers we have decided to open a charity thrift store to support the sanctuary . We will be downtown at 1201 N. Tioga Street. Our grand opening is June 14th. If you’d like to donate items please email: [email protected] 💓💕

Good morning!!! We are setup at Ithaca fest for our last day, but thought we needed some photos of the animals! Huge thank you to Ella for holding things down at the sanctuary all weekend! Thank you to Bella and Deanna for assisting Ella with the animal care needs! Thank you to Nancy, Eleanor and Cameron for your tabling support and to our volunteers who donated artwork, pottery, jewelry etc - Gary, Diane, Tracy, Jane and Patty!! It takes a village! Thank you to Ithaca Festival and our beautiful community 💓 come say hi!

A big Saoirse Pastures welcome to our two new gentle sheep- Moby and Grover 💓🐑🐑. They have been with us for a little over a month and are both doing great! They made it through quarantine and intros with the rest of the herd. They love grazing in their pasture and snuggling in the sun and shade together.
