First canning session. 12 pts of “Just Peachy” salsa. A blend of tomatoes varieties, hot peppers, tomatillos and Idaho peaches. A medium hot salsa with fruity undertones.

Gone 2 days and now I have gluts. Going for a batch of salsa…. Not sure on the cukes yet. 🤷‍♀️
