We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of our amazing pet parents and the furry, whiskered, and wiggly companions you share your lives with. 🐾

As you gather with loved ones tomorrow, we hope your holiday is filled with joy, gratitude, good food…and maybe a few extra cuddles for the pets.

FurWell at Barkingham will be closed for Thanksgiving so our team can enjoy time with their families.

Sweet miss Ellie Visited FurWell at Barkingham Yesterday!

We had the absolute pleasure of seeing adorable Ellie, an 11-year-old Fox Terrier with the best little mohawk and the cutest pink harness you’ve ever seen. 🖤

Ellie came in to hang out with Dr. Dave Caldwell, who took great care evaluating a growth on her side and addressing a few other health concerns her family had. She was patient, charming, and full of personality the entire visit...truly the star of the exam room!

We’re so grateful her family trusts us with her care. 💕

🌿 What a fun weekend at Everything Outdoor Fest!

We were thrilled to meet so many families, adventurers, and outdoor lovers that came out to Historic Hopkins Farm to connect with nature, move their bodies, try new experiences, and create memories at Everything Outdoor Fest 2025.

Whether you were trying a paddleboard, checking out adaptive bikes, listening to live music, or just enjoying a walk in the fresh air, the energy was high and the vibe was inclusive.

Big thanks to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who made the fest what it was this year and a huge thank you to everyone that stopped by to say hello and pick up some goodies from the FurWell table!

We were so happy to be set up right next to Greenville County Animal Care who brought some adorable adoptable pups for attendees to love up on.

So many wagging tails and adventure-loving hearts, what an amazing weekend!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve talked about one of the most common, and most overlooked, conditions in our pets: osteoarthritis (OA).
🐕 For our dogs, Dr. Tyler showed us how simple changes like joint-friendly exercise, healthy weight management, and supportive home routines can make a world of difference.
