Cannonsville Critters Cannonsville Critters is a non profit cat rescue started in 2013 by Tom and Michelle Hocking.

Cannonsville Critters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit cat rescue, serving Montcalm County, Michigan. Our mission is to take in unwanted cats and kittens, have them thoroughly vetted (spayed/neutered, age appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV tested, treated for fleas and worms), and adopt them out to good furever homes. We have been working on constructing our own rescue building, and it is nearing completion. We operate on fundraising efforts, adoption fees, grants, and donations.

Our transport was packed full this morning with 37 amazing cats heading in for spay/neuter — what a blessing to be able to provide this service for our community! 💙

Max, Ferguson, Dos, Uno, Oliver, Fonzie, Boy Twin, Leo, Bibs, Israel, Meeko, Whiskers, Rexy, Bobo, Nugget, Saffron, Iris, Chrissy, Sylvia, Spooky, Talou, Penelope, Cleo, Carrie, Girl Twin, Callie, Freeloader, Slim Shady, Goose, Onyx, Momma, Marie, Grace, Bear, Mandy, and 2 hardworking TNRs. 🌟

Each one of these kitties is now helping to prevent thousands of unwanted kittens in the years ahead — that’s real impact! 🙌
