🐾💜 Smuckers Update! 💜🐾

Remember our beloved hospital cat, Smuckers? Well, we have some wonderful news to share!

A few months ago, Smuckers went to live with one of our wonderful clients as her forever foster, and we are SO happy to report that she is doing absolutely fantastic! 🥰

Smuckers is still very much the queen of her kingdom 👑 and is loving her new life. She gets to roam freely throughout the entire house, soaking up all the attention and enjoying her newfound s***k and energy now that she is feeling her best. It truly makes our hearts so happy to see her thriving! 💕✨

While we miss having our sassy little office supervisor around, we couldn’t have asked for a better home for her.

Smuckers has found love, comfort, freedom, and happiness with her forever foster family, and that is exactly what we always wanted for our special girl. 🏡❤️

Congratulations are in order as one of our vet assistants, Darby heads off to VET school! 🐾 Darby has embarked on her journey all the way to Washington State to continue chasing her dreams of becoming a veternarian. Meet Jafar, who is the last adoptable kitten of our Disney Villains litter! Jafar and his siblings were found outside by one of our clients in late May, extremely frightened and scared. After finding them a wonderful long-term foster and giving them time to adjust to life outside of a kennel, their true personalities have finally started to come out.

At first, Jafar will be shy and need some time to warm up to his new family. Once he has time to adjust to his new home and begins to trust his humans, he is the sweetest little guy. He is more reserved and independent compared to his siblings but joins in on playing when theres a wand or mouse involved. He also is a lap hogger!

His foster mom is confident he will thrive either as an only cat (with his people home a good amount of the time) or with another cat in the home. He does well with kids and is curious and friendly with the resident cat in his foster home. While he hasnt been introduced to the resident dog, his foster mom is sure he will adapt to dogs fine as well.
