Our main fundraiser for this life-saving work is our thrift store, S.A.R.A.'s Treasures, where we sell new and gently-used donated items, with all of the proceeds benefitting the rescued animals in our programs. You’ll find collectibles, jewelry, knick knacks, clothing, books, and so much more….but the real “treasures” are the cats and kittens you’ll find living in the store. It’s the purrrfect pl

TOMORROW and SUNDAY! Mother’s Day weekend stop by S.A.R.A.’s Plant and Artisan Sale! The Hanging Baskets are all massive, hand planted, each one totally unique. Plus your purchase helps animals in your community! Make sure to come early, they will go quickly. So many other amazing plants to choose from: organic and heirloom veggies, interesting flowers, bee-butterfly-hummingbird attracting plants, and budget friendly options. See you there rain or shine!

This weekend is S.A.R.A.’s annual Plant & Artisan Sale, May 10th & 11th! This beautiful and exciting Mother’s Day event is 10am to 5pm at S.A.R.A.’s Treasures (871 River Rd). Don’t miss out on the vibrant and colorful hanging baskets! Each one is totally unique, enormous, and hand-planted - you really can’t find any others like them! Come check out all the different gift plants, yard art, perennials, succulents, annuals, herbs, and hand-crafted art, for sale to benefit cats in the community.
If you are interested in contributing to this exciting fundraising event, simply drop them off this week before the event. Donate plants from your garden, split your bulbs, share your perennials, transplant your starts, or create an artistic piece. We hope you are all as excited as we are! See you there rain or shine!

We are so excited to be a part of the first . S.A.R.A. will be there and we hope you all join us! Only a week away on May 4th at the Lane Events Center, get your tickets today. Everyone is welcome! By contributing essential supplies, like paper towels, you are helping the rescued cats in S.A.R.A.’s lifesaving rescue program. More of our resources can go directly to the animals thanks to generous supporters like you! We like Kirkland, but any quality paper towels that are thick and extra absorbent will work. In addition to paper towels, here is a list of supplies we currently need:
Printer ink- HP 952 (Black AND Color)
Bath Tissue
Scotch Tape refills
Canned Fancy Feast Pate (chick, turk, beef)
