Today was exactly why we built this space. ❤️🐾
This morning we held our very first Rescue Dog Yoga session in the new event center, and honestly, our hearts are so full.
The space isn’t completely finished yet. There are still projects to tackle, finishing touches to add, and plenty of work ahead. But today reminded us that it was never really about having a perfect building.
It’s about community.
It’s about rescue dogs.
It’s about bringing people together.
It’s about moments like watching puppies wander between yoga mats, seeing strangers become friends, hearing laughter echo through the room, and remembering why we dreamed of creating this space in the first place.
A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled out a yoga mat, cuddled a puppy, and supported rescue dogs today. The fact that people continue to believe in what we’re building means more than we can ever put into words.
Thank you to Many Miles Home dog Rescue for trusting us with these precious babies and for being such wonderful partners. Watching these pups soak up love, attention, and potential forever-family connections was exactly what rescue events should be about. 🐶❤️
A very special thank you to Your Guide Lauren, our amazing yoga instructor, for partnering with us and helping bring this event to life. Your patience, positive energy, and willingness to embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with rescue puppies and yoga made the morning so much fun.
And of course, thank you to Heather Maranda for the incredible mural work. The mountain mural created such a beautiful backdrop, and seeing the Who Rescued Who mural standing proudly in the space today felt incredibly fitting. It was the perfect reminder of what this event was all about.
We are humbled.
We are grateful.
And we are so excited for what’s ahead.
This is just the beginning. ❤️
Be sure to follow our page for future Rescue Dog Yoga sessions, community events, and opportunities to meet adoptable dogs from local rescues.
We’re excited to announce that we’ll now be offering two Rescue Dog Yoga weekends each month! 🧘♀️🐾
One monthly session will continue to feature our wonderful friends at Many Miles 2 Home Dog Rescue, while the second session will spotlight a rotating guest rescue organization. We’ve already had an amazing response from rescues interested in participating, and we’re thrilled to use this space to help even more deserving dogs find loving homes.
Our goal has always been to support rescue efforts throughout our community, and we can’t wait to introduce you to the incredible organizations and adoptable dogs we’ll be welcoming in the months ahead. ❤️ If you know a rescue that would love to partner with us, please have them reach out, we’d love to connect!
And finally, we apologize in advance for the photo overload. 😅 We truly tried to narrow them down, but every picture captured a special moment from today. Between the puppies, the people, the murals, and all the smiles, choosing only a handful felt impossible. We hope you enjoy reliving this beautiful morning with us as much as we enjoyed being part of it. ❤️🐾
Thank you for supporting small businesses, local rescues, and community events. Thank you for helping us create a place where people and dogs can come together, make memories, and do a little good in the world.
Today was beautiful.
This is what it’s all about. ❤️
