***UPDATE*** She is Home!!

Please keep an eye out for this lil one.
She ran off east of The View on Hwy X dragging a long lead.

We have Drone up again today to see if we can fly over her.

UPDATE: Lucy has been found but not without injury. She's being taken for medical care. Please keep Lucy and her family in your thoughts.

Any Beagle lovers out there??

These are the Pups we have been hearing about on the News.

As you may have heard, a breeding facility in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, agreed to release 1,500 beagles. 🤍

Yesterday, we were contacted by Dane County Humane Society to assist with placement of the beagles in Wisconsin shelters. As part of the Wisconsin Federated Humane Association, ECCHA is honored to help partner with Dane County and help with the intake of as many Beagles as we can! At this time we are anticipating 12 – 15 beagles will come to ECCHA.

The beagles will require ongoing medical care, behavioral support, and time to adjust to life in a new setting. When they're ready, they will need patient adopters. Support their efforts through donations, advocacy, fostering and adoptions:

💸 To support ECCHA and shelters across the country on this journey, donate monetarily on behalf of the beagles
🐾 Adopt animals currently available at area shelters to free up space needed to care for the beagles
📣 Advocate for the beagles by sharing their stories across your feed
🏠 Consider opening up your home to a current ECCHA resident or a beagle by becoming a foster family

Hoping they are able to get a sighting.
Would've LOVED to help with this one!

For those of you who don’t know Chesney, this is what he looks like. He only looks this big when he’s standing off otherwise he’s crouched down. He was last seen ion 22nd st. I haven’t seen him in 4 hours now. I have the drone man coming back at dark.
If any of you see him on trail cams or on your property please call me at 773-682-8042.
I am out looking for him now with a few other people.

Glad to hear this big Boy is home safe!!

I had been down in Osseo looking for him last Fri. after he had been spotted running a road. He evidently continued his lil Adventure south to I-94 and had made his way just east of town off Hwy 10!

I was a bit nervous as he had just moved to a new home and did not know the area or really even bonded to his new family. I was not sure if he would even come to them if called.

He found an Amish community where he felt safe and they were able to coax him in. They contacted the owners and he is lookin pretty happy to be home gettin some lovin!

Another happy (and safe) lil Lady is back home!

Set a record for this one.
Got positioned to fly Thermal Drone off a field where we thought she headed and spotted her in the Woods before even getting in the air!!

She was a sweet girl and ran right to me. Carried her to house, her paws were a lil bloody.

Today's a good day!!!
