Say hello to Carly! She has nearly three years of experience as a kennel assistant in veterinary medicine. She particularly enjoys assisting with puppy and kitten visits, observing emergency cases, and ensuring patients recover safely and comfortably after surgery. Her interest in both animals and creative outlets makes her enjoy her job each and every day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the lake, playing baseball, and being with family and her boyfriend. Carly aspires to become a veterinary assistant or a service dog trainer one day!

This is Hannah! Hannah has been working at VCA Eads for 5 years with over 7 year of animal care experience. She is a second year veterinary student at UT Knoxville College of Veterinary Medicine and works at the clinic over her school breaks. Dr. Mikki Ferguson has been part of the VCA Eads team for 6 years. She’s a born-and-raised Memphian who loves spending time at the Memphis Zoo and the Orpheum Theatre. When she’s not at work, she’s usually reading (she knocked out 125 books last year!), crocheting, or watching Chicago Blackhawks hockey. This is our hospital manager Pennie! Pennie has over 22 years of dedicated service at VCA Eads bringing a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to animal care and team leadership. At home, she’s a proud pet parent to her two Chihuahuas—Maggie and Poppi, and her Lhasa Apso—Skippy. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the lake with her husband, Josh, and their son, Nash, where they love spending quality time together outdoors.
