Ruff Country Dog Resort LLC Dog boarding provided by loving, experienced people in a safe environment. Our founder, John Williams, has over 20 years of experience caring for animals.

After successfully managing several pet boarding facilities in Memphis, John realized that most commercial boarding facilities truly do not have the pet’s best interests at heart. He desired to start an establishment based on the ideals that maintain that the dog’s happiness comes before all else. A native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, John received his Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Animal Scie

nce from Mississippi State University. He has been employed by numerous veterinarians over the years, caring for animals of all sizes. The Williams’ family has a passion for animal rescue, having both rescued and rehomed many dogs throughout the years.

We are hiring! Full or part-time positions. All positions open now. We will be looking for full and part-time pet care associates.

All applicants should be able to work weekends and holidays. Full-time employees are expected to have open availability.

Applicant qualifications:
- Must be comfortable with all dog breeds
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work holidays
-Good time management skills and self motivated

Duties:
- Feeding
- Medicating
- Cleaning
- Handling dogs
- Bathing
- Supervising play time
- Taking phone calls, replying to emails and messages
- Creating reservations
- Checking dogs in and out
- Etc

All duties can be taught, but prior experience is a plus.
