We are a 501c3 Not for Profit facility dedicated to providing services that benefit the whole family. Midwest Center provides therapy for children to address physical, sensory and social concerns, using a variety of treatments and therapeutic tools. Programs offered at the center include physical, occupational and speech therapies, and therapeutic riding lessons.

🐴 WE’RE NOT HORSING AROUND — JOIN OUR DREAM RIDERS TEAM! 🐴
Are you passionate about horses, helping others, and making a difference in your community?

Dream Riders is looking for dedicated Arena Staff to support our therapeutic riding and hippotherapy programs for children with special needs. If you’re someone who loves kids, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of something meaningful — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
~ Sidewalk and lead horses during equine-assisted therapy sessions
~ Assist licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with hippotherapy treatments
~ Help with daily care and maintenance of therapy horses, stables, and the arena
~ Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to exercise our therapy horses
~ Preference given to applicants with horse experience

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to change lives through the healing power of horses.
