We are a 501c3 Not for Profit facility dedicated to providing services that benefit the whole family. Midwest Center provides therapy for children to address physical, sensory and social concerns, using a variety of treatments and therapeutic tools. Programs offered at the center include physical, occupational and speech therapies, and therapeutic riding lessons.

This month, we are proud to celebrate Ali and her 5-year anniversary with Dream Riders as an Occupational Therapist!

Over the past five years, Ali has brought compassion, expertise, and dedication to every participant she serves. Through her work, she has helped individuals build confidence, develop important life skills, and achieve goals they may have once thought were out of reach.

"I can’t believe it’s been 5 years already!! Working here has been more than just a job. It’s so much fun working with people and horses that feel like family. Watching these kids grow and seeing happiness on their faces just doesn’t get old. I’m so happy to come to work to do what I love each and every day. Laura and Moonpie recruited Speech student Maya and Shelby to help create a look that is turning heads all around the barn. From head to tail, this pony is looking fabulous! 💁‍♀️🐴

Team 6, Karyn and Sven, brought in reinforcements by recruiting PT student McKenna to create some truly elaborate braiding designs. This team is clearly in it to win it!

Just take one look at Sven’s facial expressions—they say it all! 😆 From start to finish, this team brought plenty of laughs, creativity, and personality to the challenge. Their fun-loving spirit shines through in every braid.
