Because there is never a dull day here at the facility, I would like to inform you that our phones are currently down.

If dropping or picking up you dog, please ring the doorbell located in the vestibule until we can get IT to fix the issue.

This post is for this week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5/10-5/12 Daycare only.

If you already have a boarding reservation, we have already accounted for your dog.

If you already reserved a spot, there is no need to respond.

Due to being short staffed we will be open for DAYCARE by reservation only. Please Reply via email if you need to reserve a spot for daycare 5/10-5/12. Please specify what day(s) you need. Limited spaces available. We ask that you make your reservation as soon as possible to secure your spot. The rest of the week days will stay the same and no reservation required. We are in the process of training new staff members. This issue will be resolved as quickly and safely as possible. As always, safety is our #1 priority for our pack 2 or 4 legged.

Our clients are always the best, and we appreciate your patience through these trying times.

Please respond via email to reserve a daycare spot. We will respond with confirmed or full. If you do not receive an email back please call (815) 450-9950 to check if we have any remaining openings. Please be patient when calling. Call volume will be higher than normal.
