Tired of monthly doses of heartworm meds...or maybe you've forgotten 1 or 2 doses this year? Proheart 12 might be a good option for you and your pet!

Good night, sleep tight (tight because no one knows how to use a bed properly! 😂)
What wacky ways does your pet sleep? 😴

Happy Tech Week to our amazing team! I am so grateful to have such a dedicated group of talented individuals who strive each and every day to provide excellent patient care and compassionate client interactions to keep pets healthy and happy!

Our resort staff maintains our “hotel” guests and facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you Ciai for managing them, Madie working dual duty as a doctor’s assistant as well, and Kieran, Camille, and Jesse rounding out the team!

Thank you Vickie for handling all offsite organization of software, hardware, office management, and everything behind the scenes!

Thank you Ciai for keeping our pets looking their best as our onsite groomer!

Thank you to our doctor’s assistants for doing everything from reception and receiving to administering treatments and communicating critical information to our clients. And of course keeping the doctors on task! Ciai, Samantha, Da’lishia, Evie, Madie, Abhi, Morgan, Morgyn (also in her first year of vet school!), and Sydney (also in her first year of tech school!) - we are so grateful for your commitment to excellence!

Huge shout out to our two registered veterinary technicians, Amanda and Carly. They monitor anesthesia, manage the team, and spearhead all the nursing care for our patients! We could not do what we do without you!

The best leaders inspire others to reach higher. This Bosses' Day and everyday, we are blessed to have Dr. Christy Fischer as our leader. She encourages all staff to continue to learn more and make the world a better place. Her staff and alumni include new doctors and technicians and more in training, zoo reproductive researcher, conservation and wildlife rehab, staff following personal dreams, and more. Dr. Fischer leaves a little piece of her heart with each patient, client, and staff member. We're so proud to have an amazing person like her as our leader.

Fall can be great walking weather! Where is your pet’s favorite place for a sniff and stroll?

Vaccines have protected our pets from the spread of deadly rabies since the 1950s. In Missouri, rabies is most often carried by bats and skunks. As colder weather approaches, wildlife may move in closer to populated areas seeking food and shelter.
Is your pet protected? If your pet's protection may have lapsed, today is a great day to make the call to keep them and your family protected!
