From alley cat to aristocrat, meet Double Stack! šŸ©¶šŸ¾

After however many years of navigating the streets, 12-year-old Double Stack is ready for a more luxurious lifestyle. Heā€™s probably collected plenty of stories out there, but heā€™d rather start collecting pets, compliments, and couch cuddles.

When you meet Double Stack, you can immediately tell what a friendly spirit he has. He loves rolling around for attention and purring at you for more pets. Double Stack is ready to hang up his street cat credentials and retire to the cozy life!

Looking for 18 pounds of love (and sass)? Meet Gumbo! šŸ©¶

Gumbo is 2-years-old and came to us through humane investigations with a severely infected eye that has since been removed. Thanks to some TLC in foster care, heā€™s healed up and is back to doing what he does best: being absolutely iconic.

This sweet and spicy guy walks into every room like he owns it, and his charisma is off the charts. Gumbo has a soft side and is ready to snuggle at a momentā€™s notice. Heā€™s looking for someone who can keep him as entertained as he will you and enjoy daily walks where he can be admired by strangers.

Meet Nana, an 8-year-old fluffy black beauty who's ready to find her cozy happily ever after. This friendly lady loves attention, enjoys a brushing session, and is always happy to stop by for some pets and admiration.

Nana was found as a stray, but it's easy to tell she was once someone's beloved companion. These days, she's looking for someone to spend her golden years with lots of comfort. And yes, her little tongue sticks out thanks to a few missing teeth but it doesnā€™t stop her from living her best life.

Giles needs a hero! šŸ¦ø

Meet Giles, an 8-year-old sweetie who is searching for someone to keep choosing him. After finding a home, Giles found himself back at the APL through no fault of his own. He's waiting patiently for his next chapter and hoping his time is soon!

Life in the shelter has been a little overwhelming for this sensitive guy. You might see him stressed in a kennel and walk right by, but Giles has a lot to show. Step outside with him and you'll discover a gentle, easygoing pup who walks beautifully on leash, loves spending time with people, and is happy being a couch potato.

Giles is the perfect mix of playful and peaceful. He's always up for a field trip or simply being with you. He does enjoy the company of other dogs. Giles would love a calm and quiet home with people to love.

Visit the Aladdin's Eatery Middleburg Heights location on Wednesday, June 10 for a special Dine to Donate event. When you dine in or grab carryout, 10% of all sales will be donated directly to help animals in our care.

Savanah isnā€™t just a snack, sheā€™s the whole buffet! šŸ¤©

Meet Savanah, a 6-year-old chunky cutie with a personality to match. This gorgeous gal is equal parts cuddle bug, comedian, and social butterfly. She LOVES being the center of attention and will happily serenade you with her signature excited ā€œsingingā€ whenever she spots people or dog friends out on walks.

Savanah is all about the good life: long sniffy strolls, games of hide-and-seek, rolling around, giving kisses, and showing off her tricks. Sit? Shake? Speak? Sheā€™s got it coveredā€¦ as long as snacks are involved.

And after the party? Sheā€™s ready to plop her big adorable self next to you for cuddle time. Truly the best of both worlds.

Chimney would like your undivided attention, NOW (he means please!)

This 10-year-old gentleman is looking for a loving home where he can spend his days snuggled up beside his favorite people. Chimney can be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, heā€™s all about belly rubs, treats, puzzle toys, and quality cuddle time.

Chimney is diabetic and requires twice daily insulin injections, which he handles like a total pro! Heā€™s currently thriving in foster care and needs someone willing to help him continue feeling his best.

Heā€™s met dogs and is pretty suspicious of them, and while he tolerates some other cats, he would really prefer the spotlight all to himself when it comes to attention.
