One day in 2020, our owner, Dr. Jennifer Mathews, saw a picture from Tulsa Animal Welfare that hit her right in the heart...a sweet boy named Cash who'd had a tough life but still loved tummy rubs and sunbaths. (Cue the Sarah McLoughlin soundtrack, lol.)
Two days later Cash came home for good.

Since then, he's learned how to play, snuggle, and take excellent selfies at the beach. Today Cash is a little older, a little grayer, and still living his best life with Dr. Mathews her husband, Billy.

Adoption makes life better for everyone.

Tip for May: if your cat is drinking less water than usual, try switching from a regular bowl to a shallow, wide dish.

Cats' whiskers are sensitive and some actually avoid deep bowls because of it. Also, wet food can be a great way to boost hydration without them ever touching the water bowl! 💧
