Everyone, please welcome our newest "receptionist," Mila!

Mila originally came in for a routine dental cleaning, but she showed so much promise that we decided to put her to work. Here you can see Cici showing her the ropes and teaching her exactly what it takes to offer the absolute best customer service to our amazing clients. 🖥️✨

All joking aside, Mila’s actual job description for the day consisted of demanding to be held and cuddled—and of course, we happily obliged all day long!

Meet Sammie, the undisputed definition of a "good boy." 😍

Sammie came in today with a very specific, highly important mission: obtain as many butt scratches as humanly possible. Needless to say, Alexa understood the assignment and happily obliged!

The Result? Swipe to see that second photo. After getting all the love and scratches his heart desired, Sammie flashed us the absolute biggest, brightest smile we've ever seen. 😭❤️

We’d like everyone to stop what they are doing and look at this absolute king. Meet Maximus, the Frenchie puppy who came in for his very first vet visit today and officially stole the show! 🇫🇷🐶

From pulling the most hilarious, expressive faces to happily devouring all the free cheese he could get his paws on, Maximus had the entire team wrapped around his little finger. Safe to say, he rules the clinic now.

Don’t let the size fool you—Boss might have a head bigger than your favorite dinner plate, but his heart is even larger! 🦴

Boss stopped by the clinic for his routine vaccines, and he couldn’t have been a better patient. This "gentle giant" was all smiles and strictly focused on one thing: playtime!

To show us just how much of a good boy he is, he treated the team to a full talent show. We saw:

✨ Patient Spotlight: The Darling Delilah ✨

We had a very special guest spending the day with us at Kindness Animal Hospital! Meet Delilah, who came in for a visit after her owner noticed some concerns with her urine.

Since cats aren’t always ready to "go" on command, Delilah stayed with us for a little kitty spa day so our team could catch a urine sample for testing. 🐾

Having her here was an absolute treat! She spent her day handing out head bumps and sharing so much love with everyone who walked by. She is truly the definition of a "purr-fect" patient. 😻

We are so glad we could look after this sweet girl and get her the answers she needs. Sending you all the love, Delilah!

Our clinic got a little brighter because the wonderful Abby stopped by for her monthly visit! 🐾

Abby visited us to get her Librela injection, which helps keep her comfortable and mobile by managing her arthritis pain. She handles her appointments like a total pro, but we think she mostly comes for the extra attention!

From her endless request for belly rubs to the adorable faces she makes at our team, Abby is truly the highlight of our day. We are so happy to help this sweet girl stay active and feeling her best. ❤️

🐾 Patient of the Week: Meet Thor! 🐾

Poor Thor, the German Shepherd puppy, had a bit of a rough morning! He came in to see us for some facial swelling—we suspect he might have had a run-in with something he was allergic to. 🐝🌸

Despite feeling a little puffy, Thor was an absolute superstar! 🌟 Dr. Hilton administered his injections to help the swelling go down, while Cici provided the best kind of medicine: a giant, cozy hug. Thor didn't even flinch!

After his treatment, he showed us his best manners and sat "very pretty" for his well-deserved treats. 🦴

We are absolutely obsessed with those adorable, floppy puppy ears and can’t wait to watch him grow into a big, beautiful adult GSD! Get feeling better soon, Thor! ❤️
